• Status: The Director of the Fatui, the de facto leader of the Harbingers.

• Background: The very first member recruited into the Fatui and the one responsible for recruiting the other Harbingers. He is a former court mage from Khaenri'ah, driven by a deep-seated hatred for Celestia, and now orchestrates the grand plan to collect the Gnoses.

• Key Traits: Extremely enigmatic and far-sighted, he is one of the few who knows the Tsaritsa's true objectives.

1. The Captain - Capitano

• Rank: Theorized to be 1 or 2

• Status: The most revered military commander of the Fatui.

• Background: Very little is known about him, but several Harbingers (including Childe and Scaramouche) have expressed immense respect for his power. He embodies the sheer military might and perceived honor of Snezhnaya.

• Key Traits: Commands enormous respect and seems to adhere to a strict code of honor. He is currently focused on matters in Natlan.

2. The Doctor - Il Dottore

• Status: Chief Scientist and Head Researcher.

• Background: Originally Zandik, a scholar expelled from the Sumeru Akademiya for his unethical "human experimentation" and obsession with knowledge. He develops technology, manufactures Delusions, and conducts dangerous research for the Fatui.

• Key Traits: Ruthless and brilliant. He creates "Segments" (clones of himself at different ages and specializing in different fields) to efficiently pursue his research.

3. The Damselette - Columbina

• Status: One of the most mysterious and dangerous figures in the organization.

• Background: Despite her seemingly childlike appearance, her power is hinted by other Harbingers to be close to that of a god.

• Key Traits: Her position in the top three suggests immense hidden power. Her motives and abilities remain largely a mystery.

4. The Knave - Arlecchino

• Status: The current "Father" and head of the House of the Hearth.

• Background: She serves as the Fatui's main intelligence and espionage operative, overseeing the "House of the Hearth"—an orphanage that doubles as a rigorous training ground for agents. She was a central figure in the Fontaine Archon Quests.

• Key Traits: Cool-headed, highly strategic, and possesses a complex morality, showing fierce loyalty and protectiveness towards her "family" (her agents).

5. The Rooster - Pulcinella

• Status: Responsible for Snezhnayan internal affairs and logistics.

• Background: The politician and administrator of the Fatui, he handles finance, planning, and supply. He was the one who scouted and recruited Childe (Tartaglia) into the organization.

• Key Traits: A shrewd politician who uses his immense influence and control over resources to ensure the smooth operation of the Tsaritsa's plans.

6. The Balladeer - Scaramouche / Wanderer

• Current Status: Deceased as a Harbinger; the seat is currently vacant.

• Background: A former prototype puppet created by the Raiden Shogun, he was abandoned and later joined the Fatui. Following the Sumeru Archon Quests, he severed his ties with the organization and, with the help of Nahida, became the playable character "Wanderer."

• Background: Little is known about her, but she is associated with mechanical studies, ancient technology, and automatons, often seen accompanied by a large mechanical puppet.

8. The Fair Lady - La Signora (Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter)

• Current Status: Deceased; the seat is currently vacant.

• Background: Originally Rosalyne, the Crimson Witch of Flames from Mondstadt. She was instrumental in acquiring the Gnoses from both the Anemo and Geo Archons.

11. Childe - Tartaglia (Ajax)

• Status: The Youngest and Lowest-Ranked of the Harbingers, but one of its greatest warriors.

• Background: A battle enthusiast from Snezhnaya who fell into the Abyss as a youth, gaining powerful combat skills. He takes pride in his warrior code and is the only Harbinger currently designed as a playable character.

• Key Traits: Excels in combat and is known for his unpredictable tactics and his powerful Hydro Vision, Delusion, and Foul Legacy transformation. He is fiercely devoted to his family.
